Created in 1997, Caudan Security has built its reputation on its service of excellence. The company ensures security control all through the commercial centre with its team of more than 70 security guards, all fully experienced in observation and intervention techniques as well focussing on customer care.

The security guard is always watching over everything going on at Le Caudan, to ensure the safest environment for clients and shops and in the public areas.
The security team is fully trained in communication and public relation, knowing how to inform visitors and allows families, youngsters and children to find their way through the galleries and shops. During popular events, Caudan Security deploys a team according to the importance of the crowd.

Caudan Security offers a 24 hours service, operating on 8 hoursshifts and on a prevention based approach.
Security watch is managed by a central security post under supervision of a fully experienced controller. The central post ensures the following:





-Follow up on 30 cameras overviewing Le Caudan Waterfront area
-Permanent radio contact with all its members
-Taking over from an emergency intervention ensured by a security guard.
- Fist aid box, wheel chairs as well as emergency evacuation to hospital.
-"Lost & found" service with regular information on the common sound system.
-Human and camera watch at the parking. Existing cameras register each vehicle leaving the parking.
In May 2000, Caudan security started a Rapid Intervention Service as well as installation of alarm systems that became very popular through the island. In April 2007, the company successfully launched its new professional cash transfer service, known as Cash-In-Transit.
In the field of personal protection Caudan Security launched Executive Protection in May 2008 , a body guard service for VIPs, show business stars, businessmen and other members of the international jet-set.
Caudan Security offers to private residential estates a combined service of horse guards and on-foot patrols with dogs.
