The commercial centre also offers easy parking facilities (about 900 slots). Yatchmen and sailors can take their boat to direct mooring at Le Caudan's Marina. A highly efficient security system ensures safety throughout the commercial centre.

Known Brands
Famous international brands as well as local designers' works are displayed through Le Caudan's shop where one can find a wide range of products including, textile, sportswear, leatherwear and other accessories. The Craft Market offers local and regional handicraft and souvenirs. Regular sales and exhibitions have become very popular and contribute to the lively atmosphere in Le Caudan.

Since December 2007, the commercial centre includes a new wing with 55 additional shops and a number of commercial kiosks contained in the new Caudan phase II building, presently under construction.
