A GUIDE TO THE COMPLEX

Le Caudan Waterfront's harmonious architecture dictates the spirit of the complex. It is a perfect mix of historical structures and modern architecture as well as of distinct ambiences from one building to another. For example, old stone walls have been preserved, of which the former Docks Office, which now hosts the Blue Penny Museum. The various themes and colours present throughout the complex have been judiciously chosen so as to maintain the spirit of Le Caudan, which is to be an exquisite shopping destination as well as a pleasant spot for strolls.

Le Caudan Waterfront complex regroups the following wings:

Le Pavillon | Barkly Wharf | L'Observatoire | Dias Pier | Le CasinoBarkly Wharf & Le Pavillon
At Barkly Wharf and Le Pavillon, 62 shops offer a great variety of items ranging from international brands to local designs and duty-free goods. These include fashion, beachwear, shoes, jewellery, accessories, books and sports goods. The Caudan Information Kiosk also is located at Barkly Wharf while one should head to Le Pavillon for the Star cinema halls.

L'Observatoire & the Food Court
L'Observatoire houses 5 restaurants, whilst the Food Court, which conveys a tropical atmosphere, comprises a variety of food stalls opening out onto an outdoor seating terrace. In addition, there are a number of cafés and beverage stands around Le Caudan. 4 restaurants and 2 bars can be found in the adjoining hotels (Le Labourdonnais and Le Suffren).

Dias Pier
Located down the pedestrian alley, Dias Pier is the waterfront's most recent addition. It is a vibrant and modern mall with a warm African touch. Dias Pier hosts about 55 shops, designer boutiques, a sushi and wine bar, a French bistro as well as a myriad of indoor kiosks offering traditional wear, fashion jewellery and Italian ice cream. Dias Pier's offer is comprehensive as it also comprises 4 parking levels and prime office space.

The Casino is a entertainment spot based on a specific theme which is portrayed in its historical setting and its entrance set up as a pirate ship.
