Le Caudan Waterfront Craft Market consists of 36 stands set up on a double-floor open bazaar with warm tropical colours, in a unique atmosphere impregnated by exotic scents. The ceiling and columns display the catching turquoise reflections of the Mauritian lagoon and deep green shades from the lush local vegetation.

Walking through the stands, one can find colourful beach pareos, embroided linen, spices, recycled and stained glass objects, semi precious stones, wooden sculptures, basketwork, souvenirs made out of coconut, in wood or in glass, as well as a creative range of regional handicraft and cultural traditions from Mauritius, Rodrigues and Madagascar.
